This simulator models JK Cement's dry process manufacturing technology with 5-stage preheater, calciner, and rotary kiln.

Mathematical Models
  • Stage 1 - Crushing: Bond's law, Rosin-Rammler distribution, reduction ratios
  • Stage 2 - Raw Mill: Ball mill power, separator Tromp curve, LSF/SM/AM moduli
  • Stage 3 - Kiln: Heat balance, calcination kinetics, Bogue calculation
  • Stage 4 - Cement Mill: Specific surface (Blaine), particle size distribution, strength prediction
  • Stage 5 - Packing: Silo inventory, dispatch logistics, batch tracking

  • LSF: 92-98 (Lime Saturation Factor)
  • SM: 2.2-2.8 (Silica Modulus)
  • AM: 1.3-2.5 (Alumina Modulus)
  • Blaine: 2800-3200 cm²/g
  • Free Lime: <2%
  • SO3: 2.5% ± 0.3%
